Methane Slip Mitigation for Lean-Burn Gas Engines

The Oxiperator for methane slip from lean-burn gas engines is Prabhu Energy Labs’ first methane mitigation solution for the oil and gas industry. The Oxiperator for methane slip will be attached to the engine tailpipe to oxidize all methane, VOCs and CO from the exhaust and eliminate the need for a catalytic converter.
Tens of thousands of these large stationary reciprocating engines power the compressors that move oil and gas production 24/7/365. Methane slip has been identified by regulators and operators as a priority target for methane emissions reduction.

Cleantech Awards & Grant Funding

Prabhu Energy Labs has won cleantech prizes and competitive funding grants for the development of the Oxiperator for methane slip mitigation.
